Marine Corrosions

Sea, Humidity &  Salinity impose a heavy toll on the Equipment Structure and other Components.

Our units are all Built with Stainless Steel SS316L Low Carbon using SS bolts and nuts and avoiding welding completely.

Condensing Coils are Heavy Gauge Copper fin with dipped corrosion treatment.

Our Condensing Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger units have Nickle Chrom pipes

Design Department

R & D

R&D is an intrinsic trend in our DNA, with data collected from tackling and challenges  exploring and pursuing all  engineering and evolving solutions to to follow the the market technical demands in special Air Conditioning Equipment. Our experienced  team  has know how to turn basic and advanced  research development into the drawing board of the engineering design team.

Design Team

Our design team is up to date with the latest technology in the Air Marine and Hazardous Conditioning Equipment fields and are on watch for various for Industry specifications releases working hand in hand with our client engineers to attain the requirement. All engineering packages are built independently suiting the required AC Machine with step and step instructions in subassemblies for quick and error free assembly

Fabrication and Assembly

Production is done in separate subassemblies starting with the Heavy Gauge Stainless Steel or GI baked on special  resistent enamel Laser cut and bent parts labeled  and  packed with its fastener labeled and instruction guides including alignment stiffeners , so are ather sub assemblies of precut copper pipes. This is done for each and every job.
